So it has been quite a while since I checked in. It is the season of oh-my-am-I-really-that-busy, but I do so enjoy it!We found out that our house in all of its Griswold glory tied for 1st place as Best Decorated for the Christmas Season in our neighborhood. Scored us a Lowe's card for the prize! Pretty cool!
We attended our Connect Group Christmas party and had a great time with new and old friends. Played a great game of Dirty Santa that included a pair of elf looking boxers. We came home with a new game, Last Word, and a Christmas picture frame.
The shopping is almost done. We are celebrating "Mexican Christmas" with our friends tonight, and celebrating with Jeff's side of the family tomorrow.
Next week will be a LONG week as all the kids will be home WAITING and WAITING for Friday to arrive when the big jolly guy will come (whom Sophia now suddenly believes in!).
Then off to Nebraska we will go to see my side of the family and SNOW!!!
