Dawson turned 12 on July 16! We pretty much celebrated all weekend. Friday was spent at the water park with his sisters and his best friend. Saturday was fishing at the trout farm - where he got to see the fish cleaned, see a fish heart beat outside the body (how cool is that!?!?!?), and watch a dog eat the whole skeletal system including the head of the dead fish (again how cool is that?!?!?). Sunday was his every year choice for birthday meal . . . Asuka. Never fails for many years now this child will chose a mongolian grill experience for his birthday meal! However, this year we could have left all of the rest out of the weekend because we got him his dream gift . . . finally . . . after years of begging . . . he got his own cell phone! And I think he was excited, what do you think?
Sophia had the biggest catch of the day on Fishing Day! She reeled it in all on her own! A 16 inch catfish!!!
On May 30th, Grace Elizabeth turned 3 years old! We celebrated the weekend before when Grandpa and Grandma 'Horn-sing' were in town for graduation. Grandma made a Barbie cake for Gracie! We opened presents and had a Barbie pinata!
